Quality Policy & Objectives

Policy

♦The laboratory is committed to meet the customer requirements by providing valid, accurate and impartial test/calibration results conforming to the National/International test standards, through professional practices and by effective implementation of Management System as per requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

♦The Management is committed for continual improvement of effectiveness of the Management System. The Laboratory ensures the competency, impartiality and its consistent operation by familiarizing all the laboratory personnel with the quality system documents, policies and procedures; through regular reviews.

Objective

The top management is committed to meet the following objectives of the organization, but not limited to, by:
♦Providing resources for functioning of the laboratory as per requirements of the National/International standards.
♦Continuous up-gradation and enhancement of skills of the laboratory personnel through training.
♦Maintaining all the requirements of regulatory, statutory and accreditation authority.
♦Delivery of test report/calibration certificate in a committed time frame.

Hi Physix Landmark Achievements

Hi Physix is the only private laboratory in India inaugurated by Honourable Late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India.

Hi Physix is the first private laboratory in India, having the testing facilities for testing of electrical home appliances & lighting products like CFLs, TFLs etc. in 2006.

Hi Physix is the first laboratory in India having complete testing facilities for all available Indian Standards of LED Lamps, LED Tubes, LED Luminaries etc. with ‘C’ Type Mirror Gonio photometer in 2012.

Hi Physix is the first BIS recognised laboratory in India having complete testing facilities for all available Indian Standards of LED Lamps, LED Tubes, LED Luminaries etc. with ‘C’ Type Mirror Gonio photometer in 2013.

Hi Physix is the first private laboratory in India, having the testing facilities for testing of batteries in 2014.

Hi Physix is the first laboratory in India which was empaneled by Maharashtra State Electricity Department to test their Electrical products vide their letter dated 12th April 2017.

Hi Physix is the first private laboratory in India for Solar PV Module testing (for all four mandatory standards) and for batteries used in Solar Applications in 2017.

Hi Physix is the first BIS Recognised laboratory in India for Solar PV Module testing (for all four mandatory standards) and for batteries used in Solar Applications in 22nd Jan 2018.

Hi Physix is the first Indian laboratory which started its overseas operation in 2018.

Hi Physix is the first private laboratory in India, having the testing facilities for testing of Compressors in 2019.

Hi Physix is the first private and BIS Recognized Laboratory in India providing all the testing facilities for Air Conditioners, Hermetic Compressors and Refrigerators under one roof in 2021.
